Today my daughter and I visited the Poke Salat Festival in Downtown Arab, a long-standing community tradition that celebrates local artisans, small businesses, and the unique regional dish made from wild poke weed plants. Events like this bring families together, support tourism, and strengthen local economies. As Lt.
