Whether it’s through apprenticeships, technical training, or dual enrollment, we need to equip Alabamians with the skills needed for in-demand employment. Nicole will strengthen workforce development so every Alabamian — from the high school student to the veteran — has a clear path to a good-paying job.
Statewide Infrastructure Improvements
To make our communities more efficient, we need to invest in infrastructure that works—that’s roads, bridges, broadband, healthcare, ports, and utilities—because businesses grow with a strong foundation. By connecting our communities, we connect our economy.
Rural Healthcare and a Healthy Alabama
Let's work together to make Alabama healthy. No one should have to leave his or her hometown to access basic healthcare. Nicole Jones Wadsworth will fight for expanded rural broadband, tax incentives for providers, and innovative telehealth and mobile clinic solutions to bring quality care to every corner of Alabama.
A healthy Alabama also means encouraging healthy habits like diet and exercise and tackling issues such as food insecurity. We need to meet people where they are at.
In a state as rich in agricultural resources as Alabama, no child should ever go hungry. Nicole supports expanded partnerships for food banks, local farmers, and statewide faith-based food assistance efforts that preserve dignity and strengthen communities.
Public Safety
Public safety is the foundation of every thriving area. Nicole Jones Wadsworth will support law enforcement, firefighters, the military, EMS, and all first responders with the tools, training, and respect needed to protect and serve with excellence.
As a Republican, Nicole fights for a free and strong America where every citizen has the opportunity to achieve the American Dream.

I am proud to be from Huntsville, Alabama, an area of our state that understands the vital role of space and defense. For many years I have represented clients who support the warfighter with deliverables that protect our nation and drive innovation.
